1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PadelMatch you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Service Description

PadelMatch is a platform that enables padel players to find open matches, join existing matches, and allows sports centre managers to organise and manage matches at their centre.

3. Registration and Account

  • To use the Service you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to register.
  • An account is strictly personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

4. User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner
  • Provide accurate information in their profile
  • Not create multiple or fake accounts
  • Not use the platform to send spam or offensive content
  • Honour commitments made for matches they have joined

5. Matches and Bookings

  • PadelMatch facilitates the organisation of matches but shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, injuries or disputes between players.
  • Centre managers are responsible for the accuracy of information about their courts and schedules.
  • Signing up for a match constitutes a commitment to the other participants.

6. WhatsApp Communications

PadelMatch may send WhatsApp notifications relating to matches, invitations and service updates. WhatsApp communications may be enabled or disabled by the manager of the relevant sports centre.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logo, design, code, texts) is the property of PadelMatch and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • PadelMatch is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
  • We shall not be liable for the actions, conduct or statements of users.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence, pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
